Love Northside ENT! I usually suffer from "white coat syndrome" but Nurse Amanda and Nurse Kim rock and will definitely put you at ease. They are very personable and caring and it never feels like you are annoying them with all of the questions you may have about whats happening or your treatment plans. Im not a huge fan of doctors in general but having a caring, genuine and sincere staff that makes the patient feel comfortable, safe and not like "just another patient" is a definite plus in my book. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Chacko is the best and his entire staff is awesome. We've been coming to him for almost a year for our daughter and he really takes the time to talk with us and answer all our questions. He's even made himself available by phone and off hours when needed. The level of care we get from his staff is awesome. Nurse Amanda, in particular, really shows she cares and has an amazing bedside manner with our little girl. I would highly recommend Dr. Chacko ' s entire team!
This doctor's office is this best!!!! It's very warm & inviting. I appreciate the professionalism they show when it is needed. My nurse, Amanda, is an absolutely wonderful lady. I always have a ton of questions & she is so kind. She takes her time to explain anything & everything you ask about as well as making you comfortable with your treatment plan. I am grateful to the staff for not only showing professionalism when it's needed, but also making me feel like family. That is a hard balance to achieve and one that many medical establishments lack. Thank you all & especially my favorite nurse, Amanda.
