Just saw Dr. Conger for the first time. I have been to many ENT doctors and he was by far the best! He performed a thorough evaluation and I am confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend!
Thanks Doctor, for nothing. I have some advice to offer. You are very tall. If a shorter patient tells you they have pain in their mouth, you will have to place yourself lower to see the maxillary areas. I will have to blame your height for your inability to see the lesion I described to you. Since you never looked up into my mouth you could not have seen it. That does not however explain you seeing nothing on the Labs. The abcessed areas are large and unmistakable. Perhaps you missed them because it was Friday afternoon and you were already mentally checked out of the office. Really, you owe me a refund and an apology for additional pain experienced due to your carelessness.
Unlike other specialists, Dr. Conger spends as much time with you as you need until you feel comfortable with his diagnosis and explanation. He is very friendly and warm and is decisive in his approach. He followed up my visit with a detailed letter thanking me for my business and an outline of what the game plan is for my throat issue. He's definitely one of the good ones.
I found Dr. Conger to be very, very nice, kind and caring regarding my situation, and he listened to me, giving me plenty of his time! Don't be fooled by the fact that he is so young! Yes, I thought Doogie Howser, MD had walked in the room, but he knows his stuff! My experience with Dr. David Conger was very positive!
My two-year-old daughter has suffered from PFAPA flares since she was nine months old. We were waiting until she was over two to pursue a T&A in hopes of it stopping the fevers she was having every 8 days....we saw Dr. Conger for a consultation and were immediately put at ease. He sat down and asked us to tell him our daughter's story. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly knowledgeable on the latest medical literature, took his time to answer our questions on what to expect, and was hopeful this procedure would be the answer we have waited for. He did the surgery at Scottish Rite, came to speak to us after, and even followed up with a letter a week later including copies of his notes from her chart. I couldn't have asked for a better experience through this, and a more supportive doctor! Making the decision to place your two-year-old in someone's care is intimidating....but Dr. Conger was amazing, and we are day 12 post-op with no fever!! I couldn't recommend him highly enough...he was an answer to our prayers and we are so thankful for his wonderful care of our daughter!
