Horrible service for a health care office. This doctors office was horrible. I went in for a break out around my eyes received a full body scan for cancer, a Rx that cost $220 that did not work and now I am collections for the balance that my insurance did not cover. I left several messages for the nurse I saw and 2 message for the office manager with out 1 call back. You get better health advice at Ulta.
I have been a patient for many years. I have received quality care from the PA. The office staff, particularly his nurse however was quite rude and offensive. When I explained this to the PA he in no way apologized or expressed any concern about the situation that occurred. Simply stated that the records can be transferred. Very disappointed in the behaviors and reactions from all involved. My family and I will not be going back to this office, they have just lost multiple patients.
Dr. Gross has been treating my family members for many years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Very rude front office staff. Rescheduled my appointment 3x's because Dr. Was going to be out. I just had back surgery a week prior and it was hard for me to get there. Nurses and P.A. weren't any better. You can tell everyone that works there is not happy because it reflects onto their patients. If I told you the whole story I promise you you would never go again.
I have been very pleased with the care and treatment I have received from Dr. H.A. and from Ramie Russo. Everyone who works there has been wonderful to me. Ruth has been very helpful and understanding in scheduling my office visits around a difficult work schedule. I highly recommend this practice, and am so thankful we have such a wonderful group of people to provide excellent care in the Cumming area.
