Terrible experience with the Cumming office. Extremely impersonal, multiple rescheduled appointments, aggressive “treatment” of allergies (which was NOT the route we were looking for), RIDICULOUS wait time-with four small children and no kid books or toys or tv, no call backs after multiple attempts, and allergist is unavailable without an appointment (no phone call). Spoke with Doctor today and while he is really nice, I just don't feel the office is run efficiently. I was told the portal is the best way to contact him, but I haven't had access to the portal and we have been patients for over a year. In his defense, he is really nice, but I've been disappointed with this office on multiple occasions.
Dr. Chacko helped me with my allergies issues. The whole staff is efficient and friendly.

We did an egg challenge this morning and doc and the staff were very accommodating and attentive to the process. We’ll be back for another challenge soon!
I think he is awesome. My first visit with him I was impressed at his professionalism and compassion. I am a self pay patient and he was willing to see me free of charge due to my circumstances. Highly recommend this doctor.
