Good shopping experience until my wife noticed to high price items. It seems some shopper had move a number of the same items to lower priced locations. Two items that we expected to cost less than $10, was actually $28.00. I went back end to return them and it took 45 +/- minutes standing on line for a refund. Two employees were working the service desk but one was helping a gentleman who was trying to send money to his family. He had sent it, someone was not releasing to the family.
They seem to have lots of self scanners but very few checkers. Today only 3 with lines 4 deep
I really like this Wal-Mart it clean I am able to fine what I need line are never long when I am there.
This Walmart is very well organized, the only thing I can say is the other day I was here and asked an employee for help he said "How am I suppose to know??". All I was asking for was to find brown sugar. The employees should be trained in how to deal with customers questions. Maybe he was having a bad day, but still that shouldn't fly at Walmart.
