Found what we needed. This is a super large store with everything and anything you need. The service in this store is amazing! My mother could not find something in the store, so Marie went above and beyond to search for the item. I was super satisfied with the friendly workers. Thank you Marie and the associate on Register 17!
I always enjoy my Target run. I do find lots of things I need and the clothes are great for my kids. They are affordable and durable. I have purchased many small appliances and I recently purchased a universal remote and it wasn't compatible with my DVD player. I didn't have the receipt and I was able to return it for a store credit with no problem. I did have the original packaging and user manual. It's also nice that there is a Starbucks inside.
Ordered a TV for the Cyber Monday sale. Received a confirmation just a few hours later saying the TV was ready for pick up. Arrived the next day to pick it up, and was told they lost the TV. I told them they could ship it to me, or I could pick up at another store, but was told the item is no longer available anywhere. I'm confident the store management doesn't read these reviews, so I'm not expecting a resolution. Just very disappointed, and going back to Amazon Prime for large purchases.
Beware of bad return policy, if you use debit card and need to make returns and your card # is stolen. My debit card # was stolen and cancelled by bank. Bank said not to use for any purpose, even returns. Target refused to give cash back ($20) or use spouse debit card to same bank acct on a toy ordered on line. Oh they would give me a gift card to use in Target, of course. They finally credited a different credit card. (So why not anther debit card for same bank acct???). Why not help a customer who already had enough troubles due to on-line scammers! I needed the funds to buy groceries tonite, not next week when credit card company finally gets around to crediting my account. Thanks a lot Cummings, GA Target. This is why I shop at Walmart, better customer service ( they would have refunded cash to start with) and lower prices, always. By the way, bank told me my debit card # was most likely stolen when I ordered toy from Target online! All around sorry experience.
Not friendly to people with a disability. Their early Black Friday opening, they only had one set of doors open. I had to walk the width of the store 3 times. I'm not sure if keeping the second set of doors locked met the fire code.
