No hassel returns and sales clerks are always helpful by providing coupons when I forget to bring mine. Always a great selection of on trend clothing! Love this store.
Many snobby staff. Only a couple genuinely friendly and helpful personnel. If you look like you have money, based on what you're wearing, or old it appears, they are more willing to be of assistance. Guess what? Not everyone is insecure and needs to "wear their money" for shopping! The smartest wealthy people don't dress in anything more than shorts and tee. Belk should require frequent customer service classes for their staff to understand this. Shoe area is commonly in chaos here too.

So disappointed with what has happened with the Belk where I used to know and love to shop. Walking through the ladies clothes it looks like you are in Ross!! It is cluttered and the clothes look cheap...but are not!! Thank goodness cosmetics are available there. I actually just spent $250 at Chicos. If I pay the price, I want good merchandise!
