I love the staff there. Darlene is amazing she knows how to lift your spirits when your down.
Sometimes the lines can be backed up, however the staff is always friendly and willing to help you. Offer clothes, kitchen appliances, home goods, and even luggage.
My go to local Kohl's because the Johns Creek store is always picked over and displays seem more crowded. Cumming store has a better feel.
I wanted to return or exchange a watch that the battery died about 6 months into wearing it. The return was a breeze, but i did have my receipt and i should not have waited 4 months to bring it in.
