No place better than Scott's Automotive. I have been using their services for three years and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is kind, professional, HONEST, empathetic and have a sense of humor. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are simply fabulous!
I happened to drift in to Scott's Auto Center when my car ran out of gas in the middle of the intersection. They didn't hesitate to get me more than enough gas to make it to the nearby station for nothing in return. My parents live nearby and have also fully recommended using Scott's for auto service. They are always pretty busy, so that should be a fairly good sign! Thank you guys!
Love Scott's! I have been taking my car here for 8 years and they always make sure I am getting the best price and are honest. I brought my car in after a routine oil change at another place that had said I needed an extra $600 worth of repair done to my car! I took it to Scott's and within 30 minutes they were able to assure me my car was fine and no, what the other place described as a problem, does not exist. I picked up my car free of charge. They are always professional and very nice. I have moved to Woodstock now but will still make the trip over to Scott's because they are that good.
Great service. They will take a look at your car and give you a fair price to fix it. Highly recommend before going to dealership.
Very professional, courteous service writers. I would like to use them as they have a good reputation and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. And lobby and shop is clean and a place my wife would feel comfortable visiting and waiting in. I took an older car in and received estimates for repairs totaling $1300. I decided to hold off on the repairs to consider replacing the car for a while before having the repairs completed. They charged me $167 total for the diagnosis of two of the repairs. They had suggested ahead a diagnosis fee of $45. They did diagnose two issues rather than one but I still feel $167 was a very high diagnosis fee for what was diagnosed. I have not ever paid anything near that in the past at other shops. They would give me credit for this if I had the repairs done but I still feel this is excessive. May or may not return.
