This place doesn't deserve any stars. An estimated 10 work days for repairs took 26 work days with no explanation to myself or the insurance co. I informed them that I would like for them to sign over the insurance check to me but the employee there tries to inform me that my bank will not deposit the check into my account. I show the check to my bank and they tell me that it would not be a problem at all. Then when I go to pick up the car the manager tells me that if they sign it over it would be considered insurance fraud. I call my insurance company and I ask them and they tell me that is not a problem at all. I explain to the manager that I want to charge it on my card and to sign it over and he then starts getting rude by telling me that if I don't sign over the check that I can't get my car and that he doesn't want anything but the check. If I don't sign it over then he tells his employee to put the car inside and lock up the car until I sign over the check from the insurance company. He then talks down to me like a child telling me to get away from the counter and sit down and that this is his shop and he can take any form of payment he so choices. Ohh and I have this all on video.
They did work on my car and were waiting on a part to come in. Waiting would have extended the repair time five extra days because of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. After we called and explained having the car was pretty important for the weekend, they said they would do what they could to make it safe and driveable, but that coming back to have some details addresses was likely. After arriving for pick up, they explained they were able to get all of the work done and the car was completely ready because they had a person who could drive across town and borrow a part from somewhere else so my family could have the car. The extra effort when everyone else was heading out of town is greatly appreciated and is demonstrative if he service we have received from John and his crew in the past. Thanks for your help!!!
I had 3 work done on my van/suv in the pass 8 years their. The first 2 was a 5 star rating. My last one, I was told by my neighbor that they saw my Honda SUV at home depot, when I call them, they told me no, they didn't use my car. My neighbor would not lied about it so.....I ask them to confess....that's all, I also ask for the owner to call me to speak about it and still.....over a year later, no call.
Awesome people! Someone hit my car and drove off, when I was 9 months pregnant. The staff was so understanding and made sure my car was fixed before my baby arrived.
My husband are I were rear ended and this body shop was recommended by the insurance company. Bad timing for us as we were driving across the country in less than two weeks to move. We came in for a quote on Wednesday and told to bring our car in on Monday. They express laned our car to accommodate our very tight schedule! Mike D was phenomenal, kept his word with regular updates and that our car would be ready several days before our trip! Highly recommend!
