SCAMMERS!!! Rented me a car with a screw in the tire. Told them about tire losing air when I returned it, they wanted to charge me $200 to replace it!!! I found out they put a FREE USED tire on the car!!!!! When I asked sales rep CHRIS what model the Chevrolet CRUZE was -- he couldn't tell me!! Asked was it an LT or LS -- he had NO idea!!! I should have know better than to rent from place again. Last time I reserved a compact/economy car in advance. When I went to pick it up, they wanted me to take a van instead!! I told them I had never driven anything so big and didn't feel like it would be safe -- didn't matter, they wanted me to take the van!!!! I said no, I want the car I RESERVED!!! What's the point in reserving it!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER rent from them again!!!!
