We rented from this location and upon return he walked around and checked the vehicle, the miles and gas and told me all was fine and gave me a receipt. 8 hours later he calls to say there's a BIG crack in the windshield and a flat tire. But it wasn't there when he walked around, but somehow I'm still responsible.
Great customer service. I was stonewalled at the Lawrenceville location with no help. He got me my new rental and took in my rental from the airport. Of course it cost me extra money, but he understood my situation/urgency and offered as much help as he could. He went well above and beyond what most people would do.
Spoke with corporate who advised, because he filed a incident report there's nothing I can do but pay.
I'm not sure if this is a common cheating practice in the car rental business or just this location, but the BBB & Chamber of Commerce will be hearing about it.

Walked in for my car to return home with my family and was told by both customer service reps that they're sorry but we have a "reservation failure." When asked what that means they said they have no cars for me to rent. When I asked about the 7 in the parking lot they stated I can't take those one way. I asked for more options and they said. "Sorry, there is nothing we can do. Its a RES FAIL." I was livid. I asked for management...they said they don't really have one. I asked for them to call other locations and they said it was my responsibility to call the other sites to see if there are cars available.
I DO NOT recommend this company, location, or service. Totally unprofessional.
Rented from this location many times. Each occasion has been a delightful experience. The owner is incredibly nice and friendly. The cars have all been modern, well-equipped, and in great condition.
Pathetic service. I reserved a car week ago and paid amount in advance but they called me an hour prior to my pick up time and bluntly said that they do not have any cars at the location , and they could not provide me car from any other location. It was an emergency and all they could do was to come up with an innovative idea of refunding my money (well you surely have to refund me my money for the service which you were supposed to ,but failed to provide).I mean if you cannot hold my car when I rightfully reserved it , then what is the use of the whole concept of reservation, lets assume that it was so much so urgent that you gave up a car which was rightfully reserved by me , you guys should have come up with an alternative solution ,rather than a refund
