Mike, Arnold and Jonathan have gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations with their customer service. They always have their customers interest as their top priority. This branch has always been polite and respectful even if things are hectic and have always kept their cool even if a customer is giving them a hard time. I go out of my way to rent from this branch for my monthly rentals because their service is so great and that is very hard to find these days. Excellent Customer Service! Overall time for renting and return is less than 5-10 minutes. Mr. Mike McBride is very cool and provided good service. Thanks for the pick-up! Would recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.
Good staff but they gave us a car with a screw in the tire and the air warning gauge on. We had to take the car to Firestone to get the tire replaced. After checking out they could not give us a receipt, so we had to take a picture of the bill.
