The servicing is just for name sake not at all a real servicing to vehicle! Initially, when I asked for a 24k regular maintenance I had requested wheel alignment later I realized that which did not happened and not properly explained to me! I pissed of with the service representative who is saying tires touched curb and blah blah.. he was saying it is suspension issue, so tires need to be re aligned and wheels rotation should happened!
I took a few days to think about it and was back in the dealership in less than a week to buy the car. Nothing was changed even though it was now the start of a new month; no previously unmentioned fees and no renegotiating any terms. Additional options and extended warranties were mentioned at this point, but again I was not pushed to add them on. I drove the same Venetian Red Crosstrek I tested six days prior off the lot at the originally promised price plus the cost of an extended warranty with a good rate on what I had to finance. The whole process took around four hours beginning to end and was about as painless as buying a new car without updating your insurance and securing your financing in advance gets.
I would like to rate zero for this kind of service. I don’t recommend any one!
I saw the same sales associate my mother had, Eric Meckes. He did not brush me off as a casual shopper, nor did he try to pressure me into a sale. It was simply matter of fact: this is what we have, take it for a test drive and see what you think of it, this is the best price we can give you, here is a rough estimate of a trade in on your car, etc.
I highly recommend Troncalli Subaru - we will be taking our Subaru back confidently knowing they will do a great job in the future with any scheduled services and repairs.
after this I am afraid to visit this service center. If no option near by I may have to visit again!!!

I have not had service performed here as of yet, so this is simply a buyer's review.
My mother recently purchased her Outback here. Since it has a lot of features that were new and unfamiliar to her, she scheduled a few 'lessons' with the dealership. I went along on her last trip to 'window shop'. I was not a 'serious buyer' as I had spent a good deal of money for tires and necessary lighting/electrical work on my 2007 Opal Metallic PT Cruiser only four months prior to this visit.
To be honest, even though they were giving me a great deal on the Crosstrek from the beginning, the preliminary trade in estimate for my PT Cruiser was a bit disappointing, since it was even less than the already low figure I was expecting and only a little more than the money I had just put in to it. When I mentioned this and other specifics, Eric took the whole list with him to the sales office and came back with a truly excellent, firm offer on the trade in.
I truly appreciate Troncalli listening to their customers and take quick action to keep their customers happy and remain loyal.
This is an awesome place! Super-friendly staff & environment. Everyone is always smiling & polite. You get a sense that you are part of the "Troncalli" family any time you go there. I can't say enough about these guys. I will always recommend Troncalli Subaru! 10/10

It is a forced situation which I had to pay $$ for wheel alignments .. which is painful and time consuming activity!!
