Drove up from Columbus today to look at a vehicle they had. When I got there and looked at the vehicle I decided it just wasn't what I wanted. I talked with Jose and Brian. They were both very respectful of my decision, but tried to make me a better offer. Once I decided not to do the deal, they continued to be very nice and did not try to talk me into something I did not want. This is honestly the best experience I have ever had with a car lot. Jose and Brian are top notch sales guys, but they respect the fact that it's your money you are spending and don't want to dupe you into the deal. Good job guys, highly recommended.
Purchased a 2007 Toyota Sequoia a few months ago from Pronto Autos. It is an awesome vehicle. Felt a pulsation when I applied the brakes a few weeks later and told the owner about it. He had me bring it down at my convenience and had it fixed in less than an hour at no charge. Can you believe it?
