Always great. They worked on my Jeep all day to try and figure out why it wouldn't pass an emissions test and never charged me anything for it. Then when I needed work done to fix my jeep for other reasons they took great care of it as well. Very happy.
Even though these guys are a full service repair shop, I was lucky enough to get in and have my oil changed and tires rotated in less than 2 hours. They even replaced my oil drain plug and gasket for me at no charge and I didn't even have to mention the oil leak to them. What great service!!! They may take a little longer for minor services but you have to expect that from a shop that isn't a "Jiffy Lube". and that performs major services to all makes and models of cars.
The guys at Randy's are top notch. Had my car at the dealer for an oil change and they came at me with a list as long as my arm of issues my car "needed". The guys at Randy's looked it over and turns out I didn't need 80% of what they said I needed. Randy's charged me a fraction of the price the dealer quoted for the things I did need as "maintenance" only. I'll not be going back to the dealer again. Thanks Tom and Randy.
I meant to write this review 3 years ago but better late than never. I have a 1983 Jeep CJ7. It's a frame off restoration so there is pretty much nothing stock on it. Heard good things about Randys so decided to try them as I have a hard time finding mechanics to work with lots of aftermarket or performance parts. Brought it in with a list of about 11 things I wanted done that had piled up over time. Some small (replace bulbs, new steering wheel cap, etc) and some larger (new fuel pump, steering stabilizer, etc). Suffice it to say they repaired them all for what I felt was a fair price and quickly. Also gave me some helpful advice and things to consider for future projects (larger tires, gear ratio change, etc). VERY knowledgeable and trustworthy. Planning on going back soon for some more stuff.
I have never had an experience like I had using Randy's. I paid over 1,000.00 dollars for a new computer, the car ran for about one half day. Then started spitting and sputtering and stopping. They checked it again and told me I should sell it they didn't know how to fix it. I walked away shaking my head wondering how a auto repair shop could say they don't know how to fix it, amazing!!!
