I've called this place 5 times over the past few days requesting additional information on a vehicle they have for sale. I requested for someone to walk around the vehicle while on the phone with me providing me descriptions & or additional pics of any scratches, dings, dents & overall condition. I live 4 hours away & was extremely interested in purchasing this vehicle. Heather told me that they didn't have time to help me, lol. I'm pretty sure it's standard procedure for a car salesman to walk around the car with the customer. I guess you have to be there in person in order for someone to leave their desk to help you. Wow!!
My girlfriend and I were recently looking for a used vehicle for her. We wound up at Sonny's after visiting several local used car dealerships with no luck. We couldn't find a nicer vehicle at a reasonable price. Sonny showed us what he had, told us to drive whatever we wanted. His wife works there as well and was super helpful. We wound up with a beautiful Honda Pilot for a great price. Thanks Sonny, what a great experience!

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life!! If it was possible to give no stars I would. It's sad to say that I have to leave this review because of one RUDE person which happens to be the owner's wife, she made me feel as though the person in front of her at the time was MORE important than me because I had questions about my account. My suggestion is to Sonny (the owner), if you wanna continue to be profitable, GET HER OFF YOUR PHONE.
