I love this place, Great place to live, Mitch is the greatest, the cleaning crew and maintenance crew,do a great job, and the owners help you a lot too the best place I've ever lived, I love you guys I pray I never have to leave
Okay place to live if you're in a pinch but even then it can be a little expensive depending on the RV trailer you get. Some of the places for rent are not really worth the price for kept up as well as they should be.
These days it cost so much to rent apartments. The utilities are not included in most apartments but at Shady Grove RV park utilities are. The RVs come with air conditioners and heaters. And office is open late too. Managers are friendly and park is always clean. Rent is very reasonable. I love it here.
