I love Giorgio's, just not this time. Here is a list of the issues: They forgot our waters, they forgot a beer order, we asked for olive oil that never arrived, they forgot our bread order, and it wasn't even a busy night. If you are curious our server was Brittany, but it wasn't all on her.
This was our first visit. From the greeting at the door to the walkout after a wonderful meal. This place gets it right. Kensie was our server and she was on point.
Their staff is well trained and attentive. The management is very accommodating for large parties and family gatherings!
My kids loved their lasagna but my regular portion tasted weird. The noodles were overcooked and slimy. The Greek salad was good and the rest of our party enjoyed the food. I had hoped that the bread sticks had more garlic and butter but they were good. I will look for better Italian since I guess that this is not the restaurant for me since it took us 6 years to try it. I mentioned to the waiter that the food tasted badly he said he didn't care he didn't make it. Never going back...
The food was excellent. Go to this place.
We waited for the waiter for 5 minutes or so before he came to greet us and get our drink order. We had already decided our whole order by that time. He apologized the whole night and gave us our appetizer for free, which the manager brought out personally and apologized as well. Although they made a small mistake, they genuinely apologized and tried everything they could to make it right. I can't fault a place of business for making up for their mistake. The food was great and very reasonably priced for the portion. We will be back again.
Of recent, I have noticed that they have been taking great care in the presentation of the dishes leaving the kitchen. Well done.
This wonderful establishment is a staple of the Cumming experience! I highly recommend.
You will not be disappointed. If you are, then you must be in a bad mood or unable to be pleased.
Their menu is well developed and great for the whole family.
Family owned, and you can feel the love of their craft through out the establishment.
The food was very bland and salty, someone please let the chef know that their are other spices than salt, I would probably start with Basil and oregano. Not sure why the B-team was running the restaurant on a Thursday night, but hopefully it gets corrected. I really don't want to start going to Provino's.
