Best buffet near my home, Buffet price is very cheap compared to other restaurant chain in terms of food taste and quality. Friendly staff and good parking lot, Over all its a worthy place to have fun!

This place is amazing. They always have fresh hot pizza, regardless of the time of day. Even when they are slammed, the dining area and restrooms are relatively clean. All the staff are smiling and positive, giving the restaurant a very nice feel. They have a game room for the kids to play while their parents finish their meals.
First off they need new employees. I only saw two people actually doing their jobs. First I ordered a To-go buffet and I had no idea they didn't serve macaroni pizza any more but I chalked it up to my bad. The buffet was hardly stocked considering the amount of customers they had. And I ordered a macaroni pizza myself because it's a childhood favorite for me and that's the whole reason I went to cici's. Please inform me why I was waiting over an hour for a pizza that had already been done but I was never informed. Instead I watched two employees flirt with some boy, what I assume to be the manager walking around like he didn't know what he was doing and I made eye contact with every employee and asked them multiple times. You think that out of all of the employees there one would have common sense to check up on customers considering they were doing nothing. Horrible experience for my first time at that Cici's.
Pretty hectic location, but the food was excellent. Pretty crowded at 7pm on Sunday night.
