The owners of this family-owned place are just super nice. So friendly to talk to and very knowledgeable about their business. I was there to just get battery replaced on two of my watches, but ended but chatting about their recent work on jewelry. Service was great and quick. My wife and I will definitely checkout this place for any of our future needs. I highly recommend this place.
Side note: the store is located across from The Collection, which is great since you can avoid the madness associated with finding a parking spot and dealing with the traffic.
I’ve been into Omega a few times and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I had been looking for a new white gold chain for a diamond cross that I had. They had so many choices in their catalog, I was able to order exactly what I was looking for. I’ve also gone in for new watch batteries and sizing of a ring. Each visit has been a great experience and I will keep using them for my jewelry needs.
