Took platinum necklace in for repair. Was told broken clasp would be returned or compensated. New platinum clasp $233. After paying for repair I asked if they would purchase old clasp. Old clasp was not with my property, and could not be found. After written request to manager for explaination and ignored I would never recommend, nor will I use this store again.
Stopped here today to get rings purchased out of town cleaned and checked. Very good customer service and ring sparkles again. I have found my new local jeweler!
That particular week a troy ounce of platinum was over $1200.

Absolutely amazing. Janet custom designed my wife's engagement right. She was able to incorporate diamonds from grandmothers ring and gold from my wife's family. I left with a ring that is one of a kind and a family heirloom. Their prices are the best I found and the service is unmatched. They have a life long client. I live inside the perimeter.
