Bruce ROCKS!! It was such a pleasure working with him (and the young lady he was training) today. He was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the sales going on and was very cheerful and enthusiastic. There is no doubt he enjoys his job and his customers happiness is important to him. Thank you Bruce, I will definitely be back and will make sure you are working before I come in!
Location hours are posted incorrectly online and when I pulled up 3 minutes before their actual open time, I was not even acknowledged and was treated like I was bothering them by being there right at opening. The staff is rude and the 1400.00 ring I purchased lost a stone in two weeks. I would not spend my money here ever again! Warning to all!
