Store Manager is worst and can be given a award to be the Best at what she does..so what can you expect from employee ...
Not sure what policies changed but as a corporate consumer I will not be back. Repeat jobs are not saved in location and the printing dept has become a nightmare to work with not to mention ink prices. Lost business from a good business. Going to Office Max.

This is a typical office supply mega-retailer. You'll find basically what you expect to find there.

Terrible customer service provider by Ameer. Couldn't be bothered to do his job. Waited for a co-worker to help me and finally gave in and did it himself. Couldn't even be bothered to do his job and type in shipping info. Instead he sat the keyboard on top of the scale and told me to do it. I could barely reach to see the keyboard and the screen! Plus, I had no mouse. Will not be back.
Absolutely horrible! Do not shop here! I left a map to be laminated and picked up the next day. They took my number and said they would call when it was ready. I never received a call so I went to the store. The laminating machine had destroyed my map and they asked if I had another copy to laminate. I did, at my office, all the way inside the city, an hour away. So I drive to my office and call them to see if I can email it to them to pick up when I get back to town. Then they tell me the laminating machine will be broken for a week. I start complaining, they put me on hold, then say if I get them a copy tonight they can have it tomorrow. First, why did I never receive a call when it damaged the map the first time so I didn't waste a trip up there. Second, when they knew I was gone to retrieve the map, why didn't they call to tell me that even if I did they couldn't run it. Then, they basically lied when I started complaining. Like most other people on here said, absolutely horrible and incompetent service. I will never do business with this store again and has soured me on Staples all together. I will be using Kinkos from now on.
