An amazing group of people. I work locally here at the Collecitions. I was found in a bind. I had forgotten my charger for my MacBook Pro and was with 13% battery life left and 3 hours to go at the office. They were cordial enough to let me borrow one to get by. Next Apple upgrade I need I will definitly go to them. Thank you guys1
Very disappointed in the service. I took my iphone6S there for simple repair of cracked screen but in the process they broke my phone.
My MacBook Pro was out of warranty and I called Apple who sent me to this store to examine it. Within a few minutes of examining the display problem, they said that this will be covered free of cost, even though out of warranty and within a couple of days installed a brand new LCD screen. Were courteous, quick and friendly.
Took forever, didn't answer phone ever. When they did answer, could not even tell me anything. Would recommend just going to Apple.
They don't do anything there. They just suggest waiting forever at an apple store or they'll send off your device for repairs which is nice, seeing as people love being without their devices for a week or more. Save yourself the time and grief. Take your device to an actual repair store.
