I was going to book a Party here however once I called to ask about their limo service I was told we lived to far....25-30 mins away. Even though their website states if it is more than 11 miles it will be 12 dollars additional for each mile which i was willing to pay for a pick up and drop off just to make my daughter day special... So I took my business else where.
cute store but super tacky customer service. The opposite of what classy is. Hairdressers seemed disgruntled and cuts are mediocre at best. At check out the front desk asked rudely everytime "do you want to leave a tip"? when I have already given a tip. If you have to ask that, you're one sad salon. Been there for a birthday bash and definitely would not be a patron there ever again.
Just left the salon after getting my grandson's hair cut. We drive from Dahlonega because the stylists always do a great job. Sorry that I cannot say the same today. Sheryl completely butchered his hair and ignored the style we requested. We will go back, but to her.
Not the mention the amazing and beautiful items for sale.
Jenna was our stylist and she was amazing. Even though our 16 month old son cried almost the whole time, she was sweet as could be and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She also asked questions about how we wanted it to look and made sure to check on length and style as she cut. She was quick, kind and his hair looks great! Thank you, Jenna!
The staff is always so friendly and makes our daughter Harlow feel like a princess!!
