I have a membership at Massage Envy. This is my home location and I love everyone who works here. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because appointments with the type of massage therapist I want are sometimes hard to get.
Best massage money can buy I don't go anywhere else.
Massages are hit & miss. Some are too soft, some are unrelentingly hard and some cannot seem to stop playing with my butt to a very creepy degree (heard he was fired, though, for similar complaints from other customers). Front desk is usually nice and waiting area is relaxing. Do beware of their monthly memberships. I went in to cancel one a few years ago, was told no problem then was billed for 2 more months. When I called back, they said they had no form on file and therefore, no cancellation. would have been nice to be told that the first time I canceled :(
Samantha was amazing!! Emily at the front desk was so friendly, and both she and my massage therapist, Samantha made sure to take care of me! Would definitely recommend!!
Terrible experience I have been coming for a few months and I got a membership so I wouldn't pay a ridiculous amount and I made an appointment 2 weeks prior for a couples massage and when I got there they said my appointment was cancelled I said no I never called. Then they try to tell me my husband canceled it but his phone was destroyed at work and hasn't been usable for 3 weeks. They ended up calling a different couple instead of us and they canceled my appointment. They messed up and wouldn't give us our time slot. I asked to cancel my membership and get my last 2 months back because I hadn't gotten to use them yet that is what I was going to do today and the rude manager told me no refunds and tried to argue with me about the membership but finally let me out of my contract bit still will not reimburse my money that is now lost. We will not be going back worst experience ever.
