This was my first visit to the salon - I went with confidence because I was visiting the salon after a personal reference by a friend. I was not disappointed! From immediate service and friendly welcome, to a stylist (Katelyn) who took in every comment, carefully looked at the picture that I brought, and spent an inordinate amount of time ensuring that I was happy! It was a great experience. A week or so later and I am still happy with my hair cut and color.
I have been going to Aria for three years and I will never go back.

Everyone was nice at the salon, the stylist was prompt and knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Great, clean, professional—my new favorite salon. And Katie did a fabulous job!
I am appalled by the "customer service" policy of no refunds if you go elsewhere for color correction. I think it is reasonable to see why I didn't want to go back to the same salon that let me walk out the door with hair like this, so I went somewhere else for a color correction. Frantic, I was fortunate enough to find a stylist who was able to help me the very next afternoon, sparing me the embarrassment of being in public with this orange, cheetah-spotted hair.
Katelyn is fabulous! Every time I visit I am never disappointed in the quality of the services and her skills. She takes the time to talk to me about what I want and then makes me look great. I would definitely recommend Aria to anyone.
I asked for balayage, and this is what I left with: hair that looks like a 10 year old with a bottle of bleach attempted "ombré", NOT hair with $170 worth of highlights.
