We took our dog here today to have her nails trimmed and a bath. Could not do the nails claimed my dog was to scared to do it but it still took them 3 and half hours for just a bath and she was still wet. NEVER AGAIN.
I took my goldendoodle here for beginner and intermediate training, and he is so well behaved now! Steve has been amazing with him. He's 6 months old now, and I was very nervous about grooming him for the first time. I looked at 5 different places, and decided on this Petsmart after speaking with them. I almost cried when I picked him up because he looked SO cute and so grown up. He was wagging his tail and giving kisses. They obviously took very good care of him. I'm so impressed with the groomers and trainers and will continue coming back!!
Good place for pet stuff, bad place to find help. But if you can find someone to help you, they are useful.
Amanda was extremely helpful during my time at the cash register. She informed me of deals I was unaware of and was patient when dealing with my return. The line was beginning to increase due to my complex return and she was very calm and polite. I really appreciated her service today.
Took my dog to get groomed and once I was back to pick him up there were about 6-7 groomers yet nobody bothered to greet me or assist me. This ended up being a bad customer service experience not only was the lady, that did attend me, rude she didn't even bother explaining to me what they did for my dog. Never again will I be going back and I strongly don't recommend this grooming place to anyone
