We love Claire Surber at Coal Mountain Animal Hospital. She gets in the floor and examines our dogs and makes them feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and personable. We had tried other vets in the area and we love the way the staff takes care of our two dogs.
I have four pets and the staff treats them all like they are very special. Dr. Stephanie Hartsfield-Vinson loves animals and you know it when you talk with her. Her compassion is very apparent when treating a sick fur baby. They follow up the next day after treatments to make sure the pet is doing well,which gives you an opportunity to ask any questions. I have had great experiences with this practice.

I am so thankful my neighbor recommended this place. Everyone in the front office is very professional as well as the entire staff. They are a very caring group of staff members who go to the top to satisfy the customer and their pets. The fees are very reasonable as well. I would recommend this place to anyone knowing their pet is in the best of care.
