Have been going here for years. Nermin is AMAZING! My massages are incredibly relaxing & therapeutic at the same time. The staff is wonderful, always so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel at ease. The spa environment is pure perfection - super clean, smells lovely and feels like a little oasis in a hectic world. I leave feeling so great and ready to take on the world. If you have ever thought about massage, but been intimidated, this is a perfect place to treat yourself. Every holiday, birthday & special occasion, I ask for Natural Body gift certificates. The perfect gift!!!!
The staff at the Cumming location are amazing everytime I come. They are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Very talented at their trade!
Prior review: I'm really disappointed today in the director of this location. I come here a lot and the staff is always cordial. I booked a massage due to a spasming back and was unfortunately incredibly disappointed in the therapist I had, technique just not compatible with zero pressure whatsoever. She didn't focus on the areas I had asked and honestly it was just a terrible experience; I would call it an hour back rub and not a massage. I almost stopped the massage mid way through but didn't want to be rude (therapist was very pleasant and nice). This isn't a routine luxury for me and it is an expense to come here. I called a week later as I still felt unsettled having spent $100 for a service that was awful. When I got a call back from the assistant director, all they would note was to not book with the same therapist and tried to get me to book another massage for that week, but with no offer to make he experience right or any discount towards another service. I am not trying to get free services or free load by any means. I work really hard to pay and save for things like this and value good customer service. Today I was just not shown that from this location and ultimately have a bad taste in my mouth now. On the fence for future services as this location is convenient and has been great prior to my last visit.
11/19/16 Update: I am updating the review as the Director of the spa reached out to me to rectify the experience. I was able to speak with her about my dilemma and frustrations. I came back in the next day and was completely satisfied with the experience and the manner in which she corrected. Thank you to Natural Body for making this situation right. I definitely have no more heartburn about coming back and look forward to using your services as my choice for the future.
I've had a few different therapists for massage over many years. They all were very attentive and professional! The front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly! The prices are in line with other spas and the quality of the products they use and sell are top notch! I looks forward to my next visit!
I really love coming to Natural Body because everyone there makes me feel special. From the moment I walk into the door, I am greeted by a smiling face. Even though I am a "regular" here, I am still treated like I am the most important person to walk through the door. I am especially happy that Ashley is back so I am able to get a great manicure/pedicure as well as my normal facial treatment. Lana is so very warm and friendly and she always has a smile on her face. When I am getting my facial I am so relaxed that sometimes I almost fall asleep! I would highly recommend any of the services at Natural Body.!!
