Like others have said, customer service skills are lacking. I repeated the color I wanted 3 times til I had to find it on the color wheel. Drew even gave me a difficult time checking out to the point of tossing my receipt at me. Very unprofessional. Actually typed this while I waited for the paint to be mixed.
Absolutely the worst Sherwin Williams I have ever been to. A bunch of guys in there that hate their jobs and hate helping people. Couldn't tell me what products to use for staining a deck and acted as though it would be a big deal to get me 5 gallons of a close color (I wasn't even picky) their attitudes were so bad it infuriated me and I walked out! Had the same experience with this same store 5 years ago!! My recommendation....don't go to this location ever!! There are 5 more in this area that will save you a lot of grieve!! I was so mad I just went to home depot instead! I will NEVER NEVER go back to this joke of a store!!

Staff has no customer service skills. Waited in line for about 25-30 minutes, no one even came to the register to at least apologize for the wait. Very bad experience.
