Overall:
We were out of town during the work which was known in advance of the job. After returning home to see the completed job, we realized that all of our windows were completely painted shut. While unlocking the windows while we were gone wouldn't have been possible, there was no coordination/communication by the subcontractor performing the work to advise us on unlocking prior to leaving or to address after returning.

There was an apparent payment issue with the subcontractor where the sub ended up contacting me. I made it very clear to Dustin that I was not happy about this and Dustin was very apologetic and provided me with a response that he had fulfilled his agreement to the sub based on the agreed upon terms. To protect our home from a lien by the sub, I sent some paperwork to Dustin to protect us from this and Dustin had it signed, notarized, and over-nighted to me immediately.
For the great price, I was very pleased with the work completed and will most likely reach out to him again in the future.
Response: Even though the follow up was delayed (partially my fault), Dustin sent a different crew back out to resolve free of charge. They also cracked a window when unsealing them, but went out and properly replaced.

I was so excited to walk in my home that is under renovation to see freshly painted walls! I have really enjoyed working with Dustin. I have a very tight and particular timeline on this project so finding someone who could work within my time frame was imperative! The rooms look fantastic and I can't see what it looks like when everything is finished!
Great experiences with Dustin @ Grade A Painting. He's painted the inside and outside of my home 3 times now. Always professional, reasonably priced and they do excellent work.
Very pleased with the work completed. My wife and I used Grade A Painting to get the exterior of our house painted and ended up with a house that looked completely different (for the good!). We also received these services at a rate that no one else (that we contacted) could come close to matching. Dustin was very courteous and made every effort to deliver a satisfactory experience.
I would give Dustin a solid 4. We started this process back in April, but due to a sewer repair at the house, we were delayed in having the painting started. (No one's fault, just a crazy fluke.) Once the repair began, the subcontractor seemed to be less than experienced at carpentry. They painted the house well, but the carpentry repairs were horribly done. I could have done a better job. So I called Dustin to let him know mid repair. He gave his crew the chance to fix the issues I pointed out to them. At the end of that last day, after I pointed out issues in the morning, I came home to a home that was supposedly done and was sorely disappointed by the mess of the horrible repairs, and trash and paint everywhere. I was not happy. I sent Dustin pictures and he immediately promised to fix the problems. The sub tried to contact me and Dustin told him to not do so. That the job was not done properly and that they would have a new crew come do it. So a few days later, Dustin and Gabriel came out and toured the house, I went through each item that needed to be fixed. Because it was done poorly by the sub. They were able to come back a few days later (it's been a rainy June) to fix the areas at issue. There were still a few things not up to par, Gabriel came back again and fixed it up! In the end I am happy. Would I prefer a home project without any hiccups, sure. But I find that the true test of a company's customer service is their response to problems, and Dustinfirst gave his sub the chance to fix the issues I noticed. And then when he didn't, and made it worse, Dustin got Gabriel to come out to fix it all up. And did so apologetically and as soon as feasible. He does solid work at a great price, and if there are issues he stands behind his company's reputation and will fix anything that was not done right. This gives me hope that he would stand behind his warranty as well. Solid contractor!
