Service was good. Food quality was very good. Price is a little bit high for quality and service though.
Food is great, lots of eclectic choices. Good drink selections. Service can get slow at times, don't go here if you're in a hurry.
While I do love the food, the customer service when ordering over the phone is horrendous. Hard to understand whoever answers the phone after a waiting period of literally 5 minutes. 5 minutes?! I understand being busy and all, but who makes a customer wait 5 minutes on the phone. Only reason I stayed on was because I was craving a calzone. And this was not the first time. Last 2 times, I ended up hanging up and going to another establishment. I truly hope you guys will improve upon that.
All around good vibes from this pizza place. Tried out the pretzel bites with beer cheese and was not disappointed. Wait staff was relaxed, food was excellent. Only negative thing is the seating was very close together...too many sardines in the can! A little slow to get beverages delivered/refilled but a good experience nonetheless.
Food is good, but the service is horrible! Got there at 5:30 with a party of 5 (3 kids). Was told there was a 20 min wait. Okay, no big deal. Finally sat 40 minutes later. Took another 15 minutes for a server to talk to us. Food came out 45 min after that (we asked for the kids food to come first, which it did, but only by about 2 mins). Had to flag down people to get drink refills and items needed during dinner. The only thing that came quickly was the check (of course). Finally finished dinner 2 hours and 15 minutes after arriving. On a Tuesday night!!! A large table of teenagers were sat, served, ate and paid before we even got our first drink refills. As a former server, this type of service makes me sick. I usually tip at least 15% since I know what it’s like being in the weeds. I can also recognize bad service and horrible customer service when I see it. I know this place will remain busy despite my one bad review, but it’s sad that this type of service is acceptable these days.
