Great sandwiches with generous amounts of meat and toppings piled on. The staff ALWAYS delivers friendly and attentive service.
They did not have any meatballs ready today when I came in. One of the best things on the hot menu I come in for. I had to wait about 8 minutes which I was completely fine with because it is most definitely worth it. The staff countinued to apologize and it was really alright. I ended up getting a BOGO for next time and they finally signed me up for the frequent customer reward program. Always willing to come to a place that goes out of the way to handle something and be genuine with an apology. Delicious food and a great staff.
I’ve had better. You know how you leave something in the fridge and when you come back to it, it has a weird taste? That’s how my sandwich was today.
Also true of every location, it's going to be a little slower than other sub shops as they slice meat to order.
