They were all nice, I was told I would get a call back about additional services that were provided, however never received a call back. Too bad for them, I went ahead and spent more money somewhere else.

Last week, my shirts were cleaned and delivered like usual except they smelled weird. Unfortunately, this weird smell bothered my allergies making the shirts unwearable. It's an unusual problem but I guess it happens.

Chris Cleaners helps you look your best and they are the nicest, finest people you will ever meet. They know who you are, what your requirements are, and never falter. If you are not using Chris Cleaners, you should ask yourself why. Price wise, I believe it to be fair, almost too low, given they pick up and drop off at my house. I just put it out in a bag in the morning, and in less then a week, the clothes are hanging on my door when I get home from work.
Chris Cleaners had taken care of my family's dry cleaning and laundry needs for the last 6 plus years. You name it: Comforters, duvets, curtains, suits, dresses, shirts, pants..... never a problem. We're not fickle customers. Simply charge my credit card and deliver the cleaned items. Never a problem. The service and quality were so good, the cost was never questioned.
Contact the store. Clerk swears nothing has changed. I leave a message for the owner. He calls back 4 days later, mentions a change in detergent and possibly something else. He offers to wash the shirts without scent at no charge. Promises it will not be a problem.
I happen to have some shirts in the back of the closet to cleaned by Chris Cleaners for comparison to those cleaned by the new owner. The comparison is stark and clear: The Chris Cleaner shirts are clean and wrinkle free.
Quality and the commitment to customer service are markedly lower with the new owner.

I receive the shirts back today and half of them have the same scent. Further, fronts on many of the shirts are wrinkled, shirt fronts folded over, some of the shirts were only buttoned at the collar. I never worried about this kind of thing with the former owners; never even looked at the cleaned items until it was time to wear them.
