we have always had a good experience here sometimes they take a while but the price is good and the clothes are done well
never stand behind their work...the have melted zippers, put the wrong color thread on my pants...pressed my dress shirts without cleaning them... the last draw was the melted zipper and when i asked what we could do to repair my new pants Mike just shoved my clothes back at me and told me to go somewhere else. then wouldn't talk....im a nice guy...i brought they allot of customers??? i went to the cleaners behind them and they replaced the zipper for $12.00.... so for less than twelve dollars they could have kept a loyal customer.....they have no integrity and business acumen. If you value your clothes you'll take them else where.
We always have a fantastic experience here. The family is so sweet. I don't think I'll ever stop going here.
I live in Buckhead, but work in Alpharetta. The service that Michael and his family provide more than warrant the trip up a few exits. The professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work is unmatched by any of the dry cleaners I've visited. More than once, they have helped me with a last-minute (perfect) tailoring or cleaning.
