Great selection, only one cashier for 7 people in line. It's always this way. I actually plan extra time when I go there. If I'm in a hurry and can get the item someplace else I'll go there instead. I'd rather be able to go to Hobby Lobby all the time.
I haven't been there in a while but popped in to grab a couple of things and was there for about an hour and a half! I forgot how much really cool stuff they have, I went up nearly every aisle and still couldn't take it all in. Forgot how much I love this store!
Managers on duty are very incompetent and have no background in customer service or how to treat their customers.. Needs major updating as far as their systems go. Making a return is the most time consuming ordeal of your life. Not worth it. The staff needs major training in customer relations and retail. I did not appreciate my experience at this location.
Never have I been repeatedly treated with such blatant disregard. Today was the last time I will ever take my business to this company (we never spend less than $35 during a visit and I would be happy to present all of our receipts if asked). I am done being followed by HL employees literally at my heels breathing down my neck. Just who do you think I am? What do you think my intentions are? Do I scare you people because I have tattoos or because I pay with cash? Oh, is it because I only carry my wallet and phone into your store, who knows my wallet may actually be Mary Poppins carpet bag with no bottom... SERIOUSLY...I would really like to know why I am stalked like a criminal by this business that claims to have been built upon Christian values. I am openly calling out the district manager/general manager why have I been harrassed while attempting to shop in your store?
