I had my house built here in Brookstone and love the local. The neighborhood is nice and the residents that live here are all quite young, just starting their careers and lives.
As they say, location is everything and Brookstone is perfectly located 10 to 15 minutes from anything.
The amenities are very nice, usually kept clean. A Tennis court and swimming pool are provided. However, the real gem about this subdivision is not just the amenities, but the countryside and view.
Both Comcast and AT&T are available here. AT&T offers both direct fiber connection straight into your house with one gigabit speeds, with the option to purchase AT&T U-Verse TV service.
The Cumming Aquatic Center is directly across the street making it but short walk or drive if you prefer.

Brookstone is a fabulous swim tennis community of traditional townhomes with 2-car garage parking convenient to the Aquatic Center, near Lake Lanier and convenient to Pilgrim Road and Georgia 400 in popular Cumming, Georgia!
The quality of the houses built by Talyor Morrison are top notch. I had two inspections during the construction of my house and both times, only minor issues were identified. Even after my house was completed, when I had minor issues that needed adressed, Taylor Morrison took care of them right away.
