This was my first time here I scheduled my appt. Several days ago. On my day off appt. @9am I am still here it's now 11:21am almost 3hours. Never again n Wil not refer any one to the place horriable. The staff have no worry in the world just don't care. Never again I promise u this.
I had a hot and cold experience here. We were sent to this office by our doctor for an emergency CT Scan. When we got there, the doctor's orders were not clear, in fact incorrect. I asked them to contact the doctor's office. The staff was put off by my request and complained about the doctor in front of several patients. When they did call, after I explained what we needed, they still did not understand the orders and acted disgusted when I needed to correct them a second time. Further, they did not have the syringes we needed for PEG tube contrast. I had to go to my house to get some and bring them back. Long story short, the technician was terrific but the staff completely failed to see or nicely/respectfully address our urgent need. We did, however, get through the scan process more quickly than we would have at the ER.
I didn’t have a terrible experience here. Had an appt was taken back almost immediately. Scan was all of 30 mins. In and out. BUT I want to point out that i didn’t have a choice on where to go. I am a Veteran and the VA being over booked as usual, sends their patients to civilian providers if they can’t get them into their clinic with 30days! If you have seen the news about the VA then you would understand that this place that you think is subpar is a lot better than the Atlanta VA. Thank A Veteran!
