Very rude last time I went into ulta here in Cumming. The girls in front need to adjust their attitude. I’ll be shopping at the dawsonville for now on.
These people don't even deserve one star. My daughter made an appointment to have them do her wedding make-up a week in advance. They contacted her the day before to confirm. She showed up on time to her appointment and there was only one clerk. She was just starting to do foils on another woman and she told my daughter to pick out her make-up. My daughter explained that she doesn't wear make-up that often and that was why she scheduled an appointment to have a professional apply it. She waited 30 minutes and left. Thankfully, our wedding coordinator was a lot more compassionate and she took care of my daughter's make-up. #NeverUlta
I'm a natural dark brunette and I had already started the process of lighting my hair when the stylist Lisa took my hair to a whole new level. I have loved every idea she's come up with and her knowledge is incredible. If you need anything done as far as cut or color and even a make up application! Don't pass her up she's absolutely amazing!!

Before I went to the store, I made sure what I was wanted was available at the store. There were none on the shelf, so I asked cashier for help since no one was on the floor. She gladly helped but couldn't find it under any drawers, so she asked her manager who came up to me and said she purchased everything herself since the sale was so good. I was flabbergasted! She didn't even know which product I was referring to nor did she have any interest in looking elsewhere. I explained how it showed availability online at this store, so I expected it here. She was very rude and sarcastic. I can't believe I was treated that way. Horrible!
