VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SMART STYLE inside of Walmart yesterday. My sister stopped by and asked hair stylist Samantha if she can get her hair to light lavender color and showed her the picture. Samantha said she can achieve the color for her and it will cost $99.00. Well then they started the process from 11 am in the morning until 8 pm at night!!!! For 9 whole hours and my sister historically crying because she totally messed her hair up and it has 5 different colors. How can you play with someone's hair like that? We paid $168.00 for hair that is totally messed up. Samantha was very rude! I asked for her license but she did not have anything to show me. PLEASE people don't ever go there to get your hair done! !!
