They need to do a better job of making sure your car is clean and dry when they finish the vehicle.

This place has screwed up every vehicle I have ever brought there. Every time I ask the cashier and the attendant who is detailing the car to NOT use tire shine. I am bilingual so I ask in English and Spanish. I was very clear and got verbal confirmation from both individuals. Low and behold, they slop the lowest grade tire shine you could possible use on my tires with a paint brush. I repeatedly ask to have it removed only to be left with wet, sloppy, half shined half dirty tires. 3 vehicles in a row in less than 1 hr and they managed to screw up all three. This has happened literally EVERY time I have gone there. The low grade tire shine they use will actually stain white paint on a new vehicle brown. It cannot even be removed with buffing and wet sanding. This will be the LAST time I ever take a car to the pathetic excuse for a detailer. BUYER BEWARE. You are better off taking your car through the drive through at ANY gas station on earth.
Drove my truck through last night for their $10 exterior wash and it was terrible. I wish it would let me post pictures of my truck to show how dirty it still is.
