James is terrific-- helped me jump my car and another time clean out my car when my kids spilled milk, not to mention fishing out one of my kids toys from the vacuum that got sucked up-- doing it all with a smile-- going way above and beyond for me at all times! The best monthly membership I own is to this place!
The only reason you guys got two stars is because the older gentleman was so very kind but other than that your car wash is horrible!! After spending $18 I had to literally get out and wash my own car with my own rags. Horrible streaks all over my car from where it clean some of the dirt off and some! I should've took pictures! Not to mention so it was left on my car in some spots! I am not a complainer and I don't usually post reviews but this place is we needed one!!

Why do companies employ jerks.
Their facilities are always clean and in good working order. I go here anytime I want to wash my car myself, and now they have an automatic wash you can use too. Their automatic and self service car washes both take cash and credit, which is useful since I never have cash. But the vacuums take quarters only, so make sure to bring change if you want to use the vacuums.
It's easy to be nice.
Got yelled at for washing mud off vehicle. Will never return.
Really like the #carwash everything always works well. It's never over crowded. Has a monthly membership if this is convenient for you or you can do a 1 time wash.
Now it is not customer friendly at all.
