I have been a customer at this branch since First Union bought Wachovia. Over the past 20ish years, this branch has always been quick in terms of getting through the line. It's a good branch.
I've never had a bad experience at this location. The ladies at the Teller line are always friendly and quick, the only time the wait time is long is when they don't get the right assistance by the Managers.
I never have a problem before today it was the most horrible day in this location awful service first I stop by this morning to do deposits on my Business account and they hold the money they want to give me the money in parts I have 2 years with my account and this happen!!? Really!!!!! After I solve the problem I came to do payroll deposits for my workers by the window as always I deposit more then 5 checks by the window and know they said they can not take more then 3 !!! So why they did accept me the checks deposits before !! ? I don't know what it's happening but I have to change to other bank
Never had bad experience with Wells Fargo or this particular location. Don't know way there is so many negative reviews. I didn't have any issues.

Horrible customer service. Move on if you can. They had my last 8 years of banking hostage after changing banks, I had online banking and they locked me out of my statement account. Finally, after a month, I have access for 90 days to print the past 7-8 yrs. Nightmare on bank street.
