It's the worst bank ever! If your about to decide on using them for anything.... Warning NOW don't do it!
Moved from Michigan last year. The tellers and managers have always smiled and helped me with any needs. My son is an autistic young adult and they are patient friendly and helpful when he cashes his checks from his job. I wish they had weekend hours, other than that very good branch.
These guys are great. Always welcoming you with a smile, very eager to assist you and they remember you by name.
The absolute worst customer service imaginable. I went in to cash a check that was drawn on their bank. I was instructed to come inside as they couldn't cash it without me inside. I just had surgery on my broken leg and it was raining so this was a huge inconvenience. I hobbled inside only to find they will not cash it without charging a $10 fee. I mentioned I had just sold my business and was looking for a bank with excellent customer service. I asked the teller to ask the manager to wave the fee and the manager refused. I now had a check with my signature on it, My acct. info scribbled all over it, the words, signature matched, Buddy check #1008, NO STOPS, And my visa acct. information on it. They did not take my two quarter rolls. On the way out, one of my quarter rolls dropped and spilled at the door way. I can't get down with my leg to pick them out. I had to go back in and ask the manager for help. He came to assist me, I asked him if he felt they gave me good customer service and he admitted they did not. I assured him I would be getting in touch with his boss to let him know what I had just experienced. AVOID THIS BANK!
