Disgusting, nasty place. Went to check it out, and saw several roaches crawling around the office area... Didn't need to see anymore to know that I wasn't putting any of my things in any of those units. Yuk!!
New owners are responsive to customer concerns, but there aren't many concerns because this is a well-managed property.
Professional staff, very attentive to any questions and or concerns! Calls get returned, and questions are answered in a timely manner. Spotless inside, the property is well lit, and they are really focused on security and the satisfaction of their tenants. Very competitive rates compared to the facilities around. Extremely pleased and Highly recommend!
I just wanted to thank Dixie and all the other folks at Boardwalk Storage for an awesome experience over the last 3 or 4 months. I come to the facility twice a day - once to pick up my gear on my way to work and again on my way home. So far I have no complaints. The location is perfect for anyone on the west side of Cumming near Hwy 20, the staff has always been friendly, the gate has always worked, and I haven't seen anything to cause me any concern. So far, I'm a happy customer!
