My boyfriend bought me a pair of shoes here for Christmas and carelessly lost the receipt. I tried to return them and just get store credit. I understood we would not get the money he paid because they always do the lowest price in the past 90 days (understandable). The lady proceeded to tell me that the shoes were not bought there & that I was lying. I offered to show her a bank statement or even bring in a print bank statement and she completely said that won't work because I didn't buy them there. How humiliating and unprofessional to call someone a lair. Worse customer service I have ever encountered.
I buy Footwear here often. I really like to purchase off the sales racks. Lots of inventory. Great location if you want to do other shopping too.

Pretty good prices on shoes, just not as many brands as I would like to see, plus if you earn rewards they expire within a short period of time.
Good selection and pricing. I usually look at the clearance racks first to see if any deals are there.
