I was surprised at how quickly Joshua Deocampo inspected my roof, and helped with initiating a claim, my claim adjuster inspected it and he was present for that as well and I received a check in no time. I am scheduled for installation in a few weeks and can't wait to see it. Joshua was very helpful with the process, knowledgeable about the products and even helped with a referral for some interior repairs that I needed.

He took the lead- with inspection of damage, helped answer questions while I filed my claim, met insurance adjuster and directed roof crew, all while communicating with me each step of the way! J&M worked extremely well with our insurance company to build us a new roof and repair the interior water damage. The quality of work was outstanding and our neighbors complemented us on the new roof's appearance. Our roof was especially challenging due to its high pitch and removal of shake shingles extremely arduous.
We were very surprised when J&M representatives knocked on our door and noted to us about the hail damage on our roof. I thought initially this was only a sales gimmic but after checking our attic, we noted our roof was full of holes.
