Best place for pictures.. even video. Swimming here was peaceful because no one goes to that side.
Beautiful park for families, it has picnic areas near the lake, walking trails and safe swimming area for kids.
Love this spot! Everything is nice about this place except... to many rocks. We come here almost every weekend.
Nice location.. Less privacy though.. No dedicated parking for shelter.. Beach is well maintained. Restrooms are very neatly maintained..
Only $5 bucks for parking and worth it. My family came to ATL for vacation so we packed the cooler, blankets, and towels and spent the afternoon at the lake. The water is appropriate for kids of all ages. It's not too deep nor is it cold. Over all a great park beach!
